- Great team, best way to get Sordins repaired.
SRS repaired a set of MSA Sordins that were out of warranty from factory. They received, fixed and returned them to me in about 5 days. Communication was excellent, I received a call and an email letting me know they were finished and I spoke with a gentleman who actually knew about/ worked on the product, not a hired flunky named "bob" from "Iowa" who doesn't know what a set of Sordins is. Some times its nice to just talk to the subject matter experts. That's these guys.
