Service and Repairs
Our service department is available for your headset repairs, modifications or special requirements. If you have a particular requirement that you don't see a solution for on our web site, run it by us to see if we can come up with a solution for you.
To expedite the warranty repair process please include your proof of purchase.
Our technicians are fully competent in carrying out service work on MSA Sordin hearing protection headsets, PTT adaptors and communication headsets. Parts are kept in stock for all MSA Sordin Supreme headsets. We will provide a full estimate for your repair for $25. If you decide to proceed with your repair, this diagnostic fee will be deducted from the repair charge.
We do not repair Peltor headsets as Peltor have their own service department. The following is their contact information:
